In our experience, here are 5 reasons why a Multifamily property could be a good investment purchase.

2. Economies of Scale: Operating costs per unit tend to be less in a multifamily property compared to single-family residences because you're managing multiple units in a single location.
3. Lower Vacancy Risk: With multiple units, the risk of income loss due to vacancies is distributed. If a single-family property is vacant, you lose 100% of the rental income. But if one unit is vacant in a 10-unit property, you only lose 10%.
