Four years ago, I pronounced on my first podcast that the coming years would not only bring more change than we have seen in 50 years but that we would learn many shocking truths about our world. I was even a bit excited as we needed to be shocked with the truth. Recently, I realized I was good on the stunning revelations, had enough of the true conspiracy theories, and didn’t need to know anymore about fraud and corruption. I was burnt out from too much truth.
There is a new kind of exhaustion sweeping through our collective psyche, and it isn’t just burnout, stress, or even fear. It’s something deeper. Heavier. More disorienting.
It’s truth fatigue.

There is a conversation that should be happening at the highest levels of the artificial intelligence industry, and it is not happening loudly enough. Universal basic income.
The companies leading the AI revolution have built some of the most powerful systems in human history. These systems are not created in a vacuum. They are trained on vast amounts of human knowledge, creativity, language, art, and labor that have been generated by millions of people over generations.
Humanity is not just a user of AI. Humanity is the source material.
That truth carries responsibility.

Tips for Higher Consciousness | Episode 1: Messages from the Birds 🐦🦅🐦⬛
In the early months of my awakening, I found myself deeply drawn to birds. To me, they were messengers of the divine.
As my consciousness began to rise from the lower states on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, something beautiful started to happen. Birds would surround me on nearly every stroll. It felt as though nature itself was responding to my shift, meeting me, guiding me, affirming that I was moving in the right direction.
I would pause, breathe, and simply be with them.
As I stood still, observing their movement, their songs, their freedom, I could feel my energy changing.
And what is so powerful is that science now supports this experience.
Studies show that being around birds and listening to birdsong can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and even symptoms of depression. Their sounds help regulate the nervous system and gently bring us back into the present moment.
Research also suggests that time spent in environments with birds lowers cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress, while increasing feelings of calm, clarity, and well-being.
Their presence invites us out of overthinking and into awareness.
Their energy lifts us.
Their frequency shifts us.
Our energy softens.
Our awareness expands.
Our vibration rises.
Birds remind us to elevate, to trust the unseen, and to reconnect with the natural flow of life.
This short clip is the first in my series where I share these sacred moments of communion with nature, simple, powerful, and deeply transformative.
