💐💛 Honoring Mothers at Nan Plaisir Christian Church 💛💐

Nan Plaisir Christian Church recently held a wonderful service dedicated to celebrating and appreciating the mothers of the church. 🌸

One of the most touching moments came when they had a young teen share heartfelt words with the mothers, reminding them how loved, valued, and appreciated they are by the church family. 🙏🏾

The celebration also included special gifts for the mothers as a small token of gratitude for all they do for their families, church, and community. 🎁✨

We are encouraged by the church leaders who continue to embrace opportunities like this to strengthen relationships, honor others, and build a loving church community.

The month of May was a special and active time for the Christian Church of Fonds-Parisien as they dedicated the month to celebrating and strengthening families.⁠

From May 24–31, the church hosted a family conference centered on the theme: "The Family in the Midst of Trials" based on Romans 12:12. 📖✨⁠

Throughout the week, church members received practical biblical teaching and had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss challenges families face in everyday life. The conference provided encouragement, hope, and spiritual guidance for many who attended.⁠

The church family was grateful for this opportunity to learn, grow, and support one another through God's Word. 🙏🏾⁠

The week concluded with a wonderful Mother's Day celebration, honoring the women who faithfully serve their families and communities. 🌸⁠

Today, we celebrate the incredible mothers of Haiti. Women of strength, faith, sacrifice, and resilience. 💛

Through every challenge, Haitian mothers continue to care for their families with unwavering love and determination. They are providers, encouragers, prayer warriors, teachers, and pillars of their communities.

We see mothers waking early to prepare meals, helping children get to school, praying faithfully for their families, and doing everything they can to create hope for the next generation. Their strength is inspiring. 🙏🏾

To all the mothers across our churches, schools, and communities in Haiti: thank you for the love you pour out every single day. You are deeply valued and appreciated.

Repairs have begun! 🎉

Because of your generous donations and a special gift from Haitian Christian Church of West Palm Beach, the students at Fonds Parisien are now able to enjoy lunch in their newly renovated cafeteria with brand new benches. 🙌

What was once in need of repair is becoming a clean, welcoming space where students can gather, eat, and enjoy time together each day.

Seeing the students smile as they eat lunch in this renewed space is such a blessing. 💛

🍎📚 Honoring Teachers in Fonds Parisien 📚🍎

On May 17, Teacher's Day, Ismel had the privilege of joining the teachers of Fonds Parisien School as they gathered to celebrate their important work and dedication.

Representing HCM, Ismel shared words of encouragement and gratitude, recognizing the tremendous impact these educators have on the lives of their students every day. 💛

Teaching is not always easy, especially in challenging circumstances, but these faithful teachers continue to invest in the next generation with patience, compassion, and perseverance. Their influence reaches far beyond the classroom, helping shape future leaders, strengthening communities, and giving children hope for a brighter future.
