Working grip strength will help you increase strength and muscle in so many ways. Here are some ways to name a few.
• directly correlates to CNS Fatigue
• increase strength on multiple lifts
• increase longevity in overall health

Ultimately you can work grip strength just by holding anything. Grip strength or lack there of can also be the reason why we can’t can increase weight lifted etc.

•GRIP STRENGTH TESTING•
The ultimate cheat code to exercise and program application from a micro cycle (day of) standpoint.
So why do we use this?
• CNS FATIGUE tracking
• Combating Overtraining
• A constant metric to evaluate grip strength
• A metric that will tell us whether or not to back down the training or continue the program.
The pictures you see above are taken at two different times and are a phenomenal representation of how not only can grip strength change throughout the day but how our Central Nervous System and body takes in the world around us.
126.4(lbs of force) - taken at home 1 hour prior to training.
156.0(lbs of force) - taken in the gym prior to training, with stimulates.
These numbers are vastly different and if 126.4lbs was produced at the gym we would scratch the workout and do a mandatory Deload day.
