Here we are, deep into Iyar 🌿
A month that carries such a powerful energy of healing.

Healing sometimes comes through conversations that keep repeating themselves.
Through emotions that keep resurfacing.
Through opportunities that ask us to pause and look a little deeper.
Through old parts of ourselves gently asking for attention.

Not always comfortable.
But meaningful.

I’m curious… what has this month been bringing up for you? 🤍

A few moments outside, picking fresh herbs for my morning tea, and something inside me softens. It reminds me that healing doesn’t always come through big breakthroughs. Sometimes it comes through simple moments of presence, nature, and care.

What’s one small practice that helps you feel more like yourself?

This morning didn't greet me softly.
There were responsibilities pulling at me from every direction, decisions that felt heavy, and that familiar feeling of carrying so much without knowing how it will all unfold.
I didn't need to run away from life.
I needed a place where my nervous system could breathe,
where my heart could soften, and where I could remember that Hashem is real right here; alive in the wind, the water, the light, the sound, my very breath.
And what I discovered was holiness all around and inside.
My breath became tefillah.
My body found space again.
My heart felt gentler toward itself.
And I felt... accompanied.
