Mold Remediation Technician / Laborer

Small family-owned mold remediation company seeking reliable, hardworking team members to assist with demolition and remediation projects. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions.

Responsibilities:

* Remove drywall, baseboards, and other building materials
* Assist with mold remediation and job site cleanup
* Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
* Work alongside experienced professionals as part of a team
* Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Requirements:

* Self-starter with a positive attitude
* High energy and strong work ethic
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
* Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Valid driver’s license required
* Construction, demolition, restoration, or remediation experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

* Hours fluctuate based on project workload
* Part-time and full-time opportunities available
* Flexibility and reliability are important
