The Florida Building Code is changing. Is your project ready?
The FBC 2026 - 9th Edition becomes effective December 31, 2026, bringing significant updates to structural design, wind loads, energy efficiency, roofing, flood resistance, impact protection, and stormwater requirements.
These changes may increase engineering effort, construction costs, and design coordination for projects submitted after the new code takes effect.

On Friday, January 23, 2026, we were honored to take part in the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Maude Ford Lee Community Services Building at the Palm Beach County 45th Street Complex.
This milestone is especially meaningful to us as it marks our firm’s first project with Palm Beach County. We’re grateful for the trust placed in our team and proud to contribute to a project that will serve and strengthen the community.
