Affordable Mulching

Turning this messy muddy landscape into a beautiful front lawn. I usually recommend more natural colors to my customers although after seeing the amount of heads turning I would definitely add this to my recommended list.

Different color plants and shrubs can create such a great contrast with your mulch.

Mulch not only keeps your yard looking great but it keeps erosion away, and your soil/ plants heathy.

Make sure to keep your plants mulched every 1 to 2 times a year. Anymore than that is unnecessary and can create mold and other unwanted bugs and such.

Love this brown rock look, when paired with the right stone edging your flower beds can turn out looking great! Even as a more expensive option, the greatest benefit is there is very little erosion in your flower beds from the rock protecting the soil underneath.

This sideyard pathway turned out beautifully with brown mulch. The rain caused the steps to not be as bright as I wanted, but that still isn't stopping the contrast between the two colors.

DIY mulchers: A common mistake is trying to put the mulch around the tiles. Instead, cover your tiles and surrounding area with mulch, then go back and brush the mulch covering your tiles into the nooks and crannies that were missed. This will create a more professional look!

If you have a lot of green plants I suggest brown mulch, the contrast between the mulch and the plants looks great. Black Mulch would work as well.
