April felt like one of those months where nothing was perfect, but somehow everything felt really good anyway - good people, movement, sunshine, trying new things, hanging with Miller, little moments and big lessons I won’t forget ✨

Something I said I’d never do: a solo Hyrox

So here’s proof that it happened 💪🏼✨

I could not be more proud of myself - physically, for staying strong and holding my pace throughout the race, but even more so mentally, because if I’m being honest, that was the part I was most nervous about.

While I raced by myself, it was still a full team effort. From the family and friends who supported me and showed up, to the coaches who helped prepare me, to the girl I met in the start tunnel, and even the strangers cheering for other people that I pretended were cheering for me - thank you. I truly could not have done it without you 💛

Before we were released from the start tunnel, we were asked what kind of woman we wanted to show up as that day - and I’m sure as hell proud of the woman I showed up as on Sunday 🥹

thank you for the reminders that growth isn’t always loud. Some of the biggest shifts happen quietly - in routines, in mindset, in choosing differently than you did before

This weekend I turn 31, and it actually feels different

Less proving. More becoming.

I decided to work on my birthday and run a half marathon the morning after 🥳

Not because it’s convenient.
But because I said I would.

I didn’t wake up disciplined.
I decided to become disciplined.

31 feels different✨

Less pleasing others.
More grounding in who I am.

For a long time I thought I needed to feel confident before I moved

Feel clear. Feel fearless.

But nothing in my life changed until I stopped waiting for the feeling and started growing into the woman I’m becoming

It’s not always easy.

But self-trust is built in the hard moments - not the convenient ones.

You don’t suddenly live the life you always dreamed of.
You build one.

One decision at a time✨

You need one decision you don’t back out on.
