Reflecting on todays beach run 🤔Having gone back and checked, the distance from tower 20 in Spanish River beach park to tower 1 in south beach park pavilion is 2.4 miles which brings the total return distance to 4.8 miles 🏃. This is currently my longest morning run.

Back at it 🏃‍♂️this time with my new shades thanks to 🕶
