Check us out! I've lived with anxiety for as long as I can remember. At a young age, I started picking at the skin around my nails when I was feeling stressed. I felt ashamed of this habit and even worse, I had the damaged nails as proof for the world to see. Once I figured out that using fidget jewelry with different breathing exercises can help you get grounded and cope with stress, I had to share it with the world. We’re passionate about this because we live it and use these tools every day. We created OrnaMental Health because we wanted to make elegant pieces of jewelry that also serve as a grounding tool that you can take with you everywhere.
