A real estate client came to us invisible in AI search. Zero AI results. Not one page getting pulled into an AI answer.
Two weeks after we published the first strategic guide page, it held position one on the questions people actually ask about that neighborhood. What it is, where it is, what’s there. A second page Google had never even crawled got indexed and started earning impressions in the same window.
Conversions doubled. Six million dollars in sales attributable to the SEO work over one year.
Here’s the trick. There isn’t one. SEO, AEO, GEO, all the same job. Google likes content your clients understand. So does every AI answer engine, because they quote what a human can follow. Lead every section with a sentence that answers the question on its own, name the thing you’re talking about, and stop trying to be cute.
