I’ve been a busy bee — testing recipes and ramping up for a hectic market season ahead! 🐝 These past few months, I have been working hard to launch my own bakery featuring NY-Style bagels, artisan breads and unique gourmet desserts. This venture has been YEARS in the making for me — aaaaaand — I am finally up and running! I couldn’t be more thrilled.

I will continue to post my personal baking projects and new recipe development on this page as I go (because my love of baking abounds, and not all of my bakes are made for market).
