Focused shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted acoustic waves and is used for certain musculoskeletal and soft-tissue conditions.

ELIGIBILITY & GIVEAWAY DETAILS:
Open to adults age 18 or older who are able to receive the prize at Blue Ridge Chiropractic & Life Center in Blue Ridge, Georgia. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded. Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

The winner must redeem and begin the prize package by December 17, 2026. Treatment scheduling thereafter will be based on clinical recommendations and appointment availability.

CLINICAL ELIGIBILITY:
Shockwave therapy is not appropriate for every individual. Treatment will only be provided if the winner is determined to be an appropriate candidate following clinical evaluation. A new-patient candidacy exam is included at no cost when needed. No payment will be required from the winner to receive the advertised prize.
