Come along with me on my 1 year bench press journey. Not a lift I ever did much or cared much about being strong at. But I set my sights on hitting a 315 # bench anyway…out of all the lifts and everything I’ve accomplished…bc I didn’t expect to EVER do this…it honestly felt the best! I cried real tears on this one! Super emotional and just fkn awesome!
Back at my old gym..new things happening! Bulk is coming to an end, way too fat now…gotta hit these goals first tho!
505 # DONE! The goal was500, it took a year, but we did it! So stoked for this to happen! 500 squat and 315 bench to follow! Then we cut! #
