Today we have a dinner after church. Vacation Bible School is still in full swing and the theme is circus. This cake is for the kiddos today! Of course the adults can partake as well. 😂 Iced Animal Cookie Cheesecake with iced animal cookie crust, cheesecake batter with crushed animal cookies, and topped with white chocolate ganache and fresh homemade whipped cream.

I had an order placed for a cheesecake I have never made before, so of course I had to test it out first. Where are my taste testers today? The appearance turned out beautiful! Here is the new Lemon Meringue Cheesecake. Hopefully my testers will love the taste.
