Psalm 55:22: "Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you;…”

You’re probably carrying something right now that you should have put down a long time ago. 🧠⏳ The lesson is simple: the weight isn’t always what wears you down. Sometimes it’s how long you carry it. A problem can be manageable for an hour and exhausting after a week. The argument that ended yesterday. The decision you keep second-guessing. The mistake you can’t undo. The pressure at work that follows you home. At some point, thinking about a problem stops helping you solve it and starts letting it consume you. That’s the distinction worth remembering. You don’t have to stop caring. You don’t have to pretend the problem disappeared. You just have to know when you’ve done enough for today. Handle what you can. Make the decision. Take the action. Then put it down. If it still needs you tomorrow, pick it back up. Not everything that deserves your attention deserves your peace.
