“But Manda… is MHC actually for me?”

Since opening the Metabolic Health Circle, I thought I’d answer a few questions you might be wondering before you join. 👇

Do I have to be on a GLP-1?
Nope! GLP-1 support is one part of MHC, but this is a metabolic health community. Whether you use a GLP-1, are considering one, have stopped one, or have zero interest in ever taking one, there are resources here for you.

Do I need to have PCOS or a hormone condition?
No. We’ll absolutely talk about hormones, menstrual cycles, PCOS, and other topics that affect women's health, but you don't need a diagnosis to belong here.

What if I'm just starting my health journey?
Then come on in. 🤎 You don't need to know your macros, have a supplement cabinet full of products, or understand insulin resistance before joining. That's what the education is for.

What if I already know a lot about health?
There's room for you too. MHC isn't just a library of information. We're creating opportunities for deeper learning, Q&As, workshops, guest experts, challenges, and conversations about actually applying what we know.

What if I'm really busy?
You don't have to keep up with everything. This isn't another thing to “fall behind” on. Use the resources you need, attend what works for your schedule, and come back when you need support.

Is this personalized health coaching?
MHC is an educational and community-based membership, not individualized medical care. But Founding Members DO receive a complimentary 30-minute Connection Call with me so we can connect, talk about what you're working toward, and help you figure out where to start inside the Circle.

And maybe the biggest question...
“Do I need to have my health together before I join?”
Absolutely not. 😂
That's kind of the point.

You can show up exactly where you are and start building from there.

🌿 Founding Member Week ends October 7.
Join now for $49/month and keep your Founding Member rate for as long as you remain continuously enrolled.

After that, MHC will be $79/month.

Is the Metabolic Health Circle for YOU?
Let me make this really simple.

MHC isn't just for the woman who already has her health figured out.

Actually...it's probably more for the woman who doesn't. 😂

The woman who wants to take better care of herself but isn't always sure where to start.
The woman who's tired of Googling every symptom and getting 47 different answers.
The woman who has tried diets, challenges, supplements, workout plans, or “starting Monday” more times than she can count.

The woman who wants to understand things like blood sugar, insulin resistance, hormones, protein, strength training, sleep, stress, gut health, and metabolic health without feeling like she needs a medical degree to do it.

The woman who's on a GLP-1 and wants education and support beyond simply taking the medication.

And the woman who isn't on a GLP-1 at all but still wants to improve her metabolic health.
Maybe you have PCOS or endometriosis.
Maybe you're navigating changing hormones.
Maybe you've been told everything looks “normal,” but you still don't feel your best.
Or maybe nothing is necessarily wrong.
You just know it's time to start taking better care of you.

That's who I created the Metabolic Health Circle for.

You don't have to have a certain diagnosis.
You don't have to follow a specific diet.
You don't have to be at a certain weight.
And you definitely don't have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door.

You just have to be willing to learn about your body and start creating healthier rhythms, one step at a time.

🌿 Founding Member Week is happening now through October 7.

Founding Members join for $49/month, lock in that rate for as long as they remain continuously enrolled, AND receive a complimentary 30-minute Connection Call with me.

After Founding Member Week, MHC will be $79/month.

If you read this and thought, “Okay, she's talking about me...”
She probably is. 😉

Why I created the Metabolic Health Circle

I’ve noticed something over the years of working in the wellness space, and honestly, I’ve experienced it in my own life too.

Most of us don’t struggle because we don’t care about our health.

We struggle because life keeps happening.
We get motivated.
We start drinking more water.
We clean up our food.
We start moving our bodies.
We buy the supplements.
We make the appointments.
We tell ourselves, “Okay, THIS time I’m really going to stick with it.”

And then...

The kids need us.
Work gets busy.
Money gets tight.
We stop sleeping well.
Our hormones shift.
Our routine gets thrown off.
And suddenly our own health has moved right back to the bottom of the list.

Then a few months later, we feel terrible again and decide we need another reset.

I know that cycle because I've lived it too.
And that's a huge part of why I created the Metabolic Health Circle.

I wanted to create something that wasn't about being perfect.

Not another challenge you complete and then you're on your own.

Not a space where you have to overhaul your entire life overnight.

But a place where women can keep coming back.
A place to learn how your body works.
Ask questions.
Get practical tools.
Build healthier habits.
Have accountability and community.
And keep making small changes that actually fit into your real life.

Because taking care of yourself shouldn't only become important when you reach the point where you desperately need to feel better.
I want us to get better at supporting ourselves before we get there.

That's the heart behind MHC.

Don't wait until you need a reset. Create a rhythm that helps you stay well.

Founding Member enrollment is officially open through October 7.
🌿 $49/month Founding Member rate
🌿 Your rate stays locked in as long as you remain continuously enrolled
🌿 Complimentary 30-minute Connection Call with me

So honored to be doing this work and a part of this amazing community at Founding Females. Thankful for a spotlight to share my lives passion amd work!

✨ Member Spotlight ✨ Many women spend years pushing through exhaustion, hormone symptoms, stress, and overwhelm while continuing to show up for everyone around them.

This month, we're excited to introduce Founding Females® member Manda Knight, Functional Hormone Specialist and passionate advocate for women's health.

After 15 years in nursing and navigating her own hormone health journey, Manda recognized how many women were struggling without feeling heard, supported, or equipped with the information they needed to understand their bodies.

Today, she helps women move from confusion to clarity through education, functional testing, lifestyle support, and a root-cause approach to hormone health.

One of our favorite takeaways from Manda's story:

✨ Your symptoms are not your identity, and understanding your body can be one of the most empowering things you do.

Through her work, Manda helps women navigating PCOS, endometriosis, insulin resistance, perimenopause, menopause, and other hormone-related challenges feel more confident, informed, and supported in their wellness journey.

We're inspired by her commitment to helping women create sustainable change, advocate for their health, and build lives that feel as good as they look.

Head to the blog to read Manda's full story, learn about her journey from nursing to entrepreneurship, and discover the impact she's making through root-cause hormone education.

Want to see what’s actually inside the Metabolic Health Circle?

I can tell you all day long that I created a wellness community...

But I think it makes a whole lot more sense when you can actually SEE it. 👀

So come take a little peek inside the Metabolic Health Circle.

I’ve been building MHC to be a place you can come back to again and again depending on what you need in that season.

Inside you'll find resources and education around:
✨ GLP-1 support
✨ Nutrition & meals
✨ Movement & strength
✨ Tracking & tools
✨ Hormones & menstrual cycles
✨ Mindset & habits
But the Resource Library is only ONE piece of it.

There's also The Circle, where we get to actually connect as a community, plus ongoing opportunities to learn through:
🤎 Community Q&A calls
🤎 Workshops & trainings
🤎 Guest expert conversations
🤎 Community challenges
🤎 New resources added as we grow
And here's something that's really important to me...

I don't want you joining another membership just to collect more information.

You probably already have screenshots saved, podcasts bookmarked, books sitting on the nightstand, and wellness advice coming at you from every direction. 😂

MHC is about helping you take what you're learning and figure out how to actually use it in your life.

And because my Founding Members are joining me at the very beginning, you'll also receive a complimentary 30-minute Connection Call with me so we can talk about where you are, what you're working toward, and where I recommend you start inside the Circle.

🌿 Founding Member Week: October 1–7
$49/month, locked in for as long as you remain continuously enrolled.

After October 7, membership will be $79/month.
Take a peek inside 👇 and if you're thinking, “Okay...THIS is what I've been needing,” comment CIRCLE and I'll send you the details.

The Metabolic Health Circle is officially OPEN!

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what women actually need when it comes to their health.
And I don’t think it’s another quick fix.
I don’t think it’s another 30-day challenge that leaves you wondering what to do on day 31.

And I definitely don’t think we need more information thrown at us without the support to actually apply it to our lives.
What I kept coming back to was this:
We need a place to keep learning, asking questions, getting support, and creating rhythms that actually fit real life.

That’s why I created the Metabolic Health Circle.

MHC is an ongoing wellness community for women who want to better understand their bodies and feel supported as they work on their metabolic health, hormones, nutrition, movement, habits, and overall wellness.

Inside, you'll have access to:
✨ A growing Resource Library with guides, tools, trainings, recipes, and practical wellness education
✨ Live workshops and trainings
✨ Community Q&A calls
✨ Guest experts
✨ Challenges to help you actually put what you're learning into practice
✨ A community of women working toward better health right alongside you
✨ Ongoing education and new resources added along the way

Because health isn't something we work on for 30 days and then forget about.
It's something we learn how to support through seasons, changes, setbacks, wins, and everyday life.

And that is exactly what I want this Circle to be.
Don't wait until you need a reset. Create a rhythm that helps you stay well. 🌿
To celebrate the opening of MHC, I'm inviting my first group of women to join as Founding Members for just $49/month instead of the regular $79/month.

AND every Founding Member will receive a complimentary 30-minute Connection Call with me so we can talk about where you are, what you're working toward, and how you can get the most out of the Circle.

This is only the beginning, and I would LOVE for you to be one of the women who helps me build this community from the ground up. 🤎
The Metabolic Health Circle is officially open.

And this is exactly why understanding YOUR PCOS/PMOS picture matters.

If you're wondering what may be driving your symptoms, I've created a PCOS/PMOS Type Assessment to help you start connecting the dots and better understand the patterns showing up in your body.

💗 Comment TYPE and I'll send you the assessment.

Because managing PCOS/PMOS isn't about doing everything perfectly.

It starts with understanding your body.

🔁 Share this with another woman who's still trying to figure out her PCOS/PMOS.

You may be getting PCOS all wrong. 👀

Let me explain before you ⚔️ me! 😂

When most people hear PCOS, they immediately think:
Irregular periods.
Trouble getting pregnant.
Ovarian cysts.

But PCOS, now PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), is so much more than your period or fertility.

And if that's all you've ever been taught about it, there's a whole lot more to understand about what's happening in your body.

Here are 5 things people commonly get wrong about PCOS/PMOS:

1️⃣ It's not “just” a reproductive condition.
Your hormones, metabolism, insulin sensitivity, energy, skin, weight, mood and more can all be part of your experience.

2️⃣ You don't have to live in a larger body to have it.
PCOS/PMOS can affect women of all shapes and sizes.

3️⃣ Birth control doesn't cure PCOS/PMOS. 😬 Yep, I said it.
It may be used to help manage certain symptoms, but having symptoms improve while taking it doesn't mean the underlying condition disappeared.

4️⃣ You don't have to have ovarian cysts to have PCOS/PMOS.
That one surprises a LOT of women.

5️⃣ It doesn't only affect you during your period.
The symptoms and challenges can show up throughout your everyday life.

And this is exactly why I'm so passionate about women understanding their hormones instead of spending years feeling confused by their bodies.
The more you understand, the better questions you can ask, the more patterns you can recognize, and the more empowered you can become in your own health journey. 💗

That's also why I created the PCOS/PMOS Circle.
It's a space for women who want to learn more about their bodies through education, nutrition, movement, resources and community, without trying to piece everything together from random posts on the internet.

💗 Comment PCOS and I'll send you the link to join the Circle.

And I'm curious...

What's something you used to believe about PCOS that you later learned wasn't the whole story? 👇

Today's workout marked my second workout of the week, and I am feeling so thankful for what my body is capable of.

Today was a 45-minute Total Body Strength & Core class at the YMCA, and I loved every minute of it.

One thing I've really been paying attention to lately is where I am in my menstrual cycle and how that affects my energy, motivation, and capacity.

Right now, I'm in my follicular phase, and I honestly feel on top of the world. I have more energy, more motivation, and I genuinely want to challenge myself. This phase is often when I feel strongest, so I'm choosing to lean into it and make the most of it.

But here's the thing...

I don't expect myself to feel this way every week of the month.

As women, our hormones naturally fluctuate throughout our cycle, and with those changes, our energy, mood, strength, and capacity can change too.

For years, I thought something was wrong with me because some weeks I felt unstoppable, while other weeks I struggled just to get through the day.

Now I understand...

My body wasn't working against me. It was simply working the way it was beautifully designed to.

Instead of fighting against those changes, I'm learning to work with my body.

To honor it.

To listen to it.

To challenge it when it's ready.

And to give it grace when it needs rest.

Understanding your hormones doesn't just change how you view your cycle—it changes how you show up for yourself.

Ladies, have you ever noticed that some weeks you feel like you can conquer the world, while other weeks your body is asking you to slow down? I'd love to hear if you've experienced this too. 💗
