Podcast #82: Starting a Non-Profit Firm While in Law School, with Jamie Sutton On this week's podcast, Sam talks to Jamie Sutton, a third-year law student that has already started his own sliding-scale nonprofit law firm.

I'm very proud to announce that, starting this year, I will be working with a local organization, Justice Unlocked, to provide reduced-cost, sliding scale legal services to those who cannot afford to hire an attorney. As their staff attorney, I will supervise certified legal interns as they provide legal services to clients.

I am very excited to be a part of an organization that seeks to expand legal access in my community, and I would encourage you to check out their website, www.justiceunlocked.com to find out more.

To be clear, I'm still open for business as a solo-practitioner, and accepting clients who prefer to work directly with an attorney or who otherwise might not qualify for discounted services though Justice Unlocked.
