After many years here, Gabriella and David have officially sold their home and are beginning a new chapter in the Cayman Islands to be closer to family. While this move brings exciting opportunities, it also means saying goodbye to a home filled with years of memories and the loved ones who made it so special.

Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about family, life changes, and the memories we carry with us wherever we go.

There’s been a lot of talk lately about Zillow and listing visibility, so I wanted to break it down in simple terms for buyers and sellers. 🏡

When a home is listed for sale, real estate agents upload it into a private database that agents use to share listings with each other. Websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. normally pull listings from that database and display them publicly.

Right now, there’s ongoing conflict between Zillow and some real estate listing systems, which could potentially affect how quickly certain homes appear on Zillow — or whether they appear there at all.

That’s why it’s important not to rely on just one app when searching for a home.
