Good morning everyone! I had an idea today and I'm curious what you all think.
I genuinely enjoy helping people and I personally believe if we all did that the world would be a better place.
So here is the deal - I want to take on one person totally free to join my program. I want you to recommend them to me and tell me why they should be the one. Age/Sex/Race do not matter and the only true requirement is that they come into this with an open mind and a willingness to change.
I'll keep this offer on the table until Friday and see what we come up with. This decision could not only improve their quality of life, but add ten-twenty more years onto it. I'll leave that up to you!

Good morning everyone! I have had this question quite a few times recently so I figured I’d make a post.
With an endless amount of supplements out there a lot of us wonder where to draw the line. For me, I keep it extremely simple and follow one rule:
If it’s not realistic for me to get my daily amount through diet, I take a supplement.
My short list is as follows....
Multivitamin
Magnesium
CLA
Creatine
For the gym - preworkout and protein pending how many grams I’ve had that day
And lastly if I was older I’d probably add CoQ10.
Other than these I really can’t justify taking anything else other than a decent diet. Maybe some vinegar shots or something? Anyway! I hope that helps.
