My husband and I only choose the highest quality produce and use as much local grown ingredients as we can get.

Pickled Corn, great as a BBQ side or on tacos
Jalapeno Lime Jelly, spicy sweet with a bright citrus bite pairs well with pork, sausage and our favorite cornbread.
