What I’ve baked lately

My Barbie cake customer from last year loved her cake so much that she asked for another for this year. Like the last one, this is a strawberry cake with a homemade strawberry jam filling.

Butter pecan cake with brown sugar frosting for Mother’s Day 😋

Excuse the low quality pictures, but it was a super busy Saturday (and I’m extremely grateful for it 😁).

Included below:
-Vegan strawberry cookies
-Red velvet cookies
-White chocolate macadamia nut cookies
-Mini carrot cake cupcakes with browned butter cream cheese frosting
-Mini lemon cupcakes
-Mini cheesecakes

Anddd I didn’t get a photo of the red velvet cake ☹️

Decided to try out the vintage cake slice trend, inspired by . These would be so cute for solo celebrations.

Happy Friday! Strawberry cake brought to life with pastel pinks, purples, and delicate florals 🪷

The assignment was a pink cake with a pony, princess, and rainbow. The flavor is strawberry with a white chocolate ganache filling 🥰

I love the idea of getting flowers and think they’re pretty, but I never know how to take care of them. A great alternative would be a floral cupcake bouquet. These would make a great Valentine’s Day gift… pretty to look at and you can eat them 😁
