Favorite Architect, Style, or Building? Why?
- My favorite architectural style is from the American School. The organic forms and novel use of material create a style that feels distinct from any preestablished or well-known styles. However, the moves are not merely aesthetic, but serve a function as well.

This LIHTC community is coming along! During the June visit, the first few of 30 houses have flooring and cabinets and paint! This single-family-rental community is scheduled to be complete by the end of the year!
