Last week, our summer interns joined members of the LIV team at What's Next at the Alabama Theatre, hosted by Birmingham AI. The event offered valuable insights from AI leaders across the state and sparked conversations about how emerging technologies are shaping the future.

At LIV, we believe growth starts with curiosity. Creating opportunities to learn, explore new ideas, and stay ahead of emerging trends is one of the ways we put our core value of Innovation into practice.

Our summer interns and their managers spent an afternoon in friendly competition at Topgolf. This mid-summer celebration has become one of our favorite traditions, a chance to step outside daily work and recognize how much each intern has already added to the team. At LIV, we believe growth happens through real connection, and moments like this are part of how we build it. We are proud of this year's interns and excited for what the rest of the summer holds.

Our Summer 2026 internship program is in full swing!

From day one, our interns have been working alongside our teams, gaining hands-on experience in their fields and contributing to projects across the company. We're glad to have them with us and look forward to a great rest of the summer.

Our team recently volunteered with Feeding Tampa Bay, sorting and packing food boxes for local food pantries across the Tampa area.

LIV Development is proud to welcome our Summer 2026 intern class!

Over the coming months, this group will gain hands-on exposure to the full development lifecycle — from pre-development and construction through property operations and asset management. They will see how decisions made at each stage connect to the whole, and how disciplined ex*****on drives long-term value for residents, partners, and the communities we build.

Jonathan Knudsen, Director of Development, recently served as Co-Chair of the Learning Lab Committee for Tampa Bay Construction Career Days, where nearly 1,000 high school students were introduced to careers in development and construction through hands-on experiences and direct industry engagement.

We’re proud of team members like Jonathan who live out our mission to invest well and do good, giving their time to open doors for the next generation and strengthen the communities we serve.

Community is built through intentional connection.

Across our LIV Development communities, the Goodfield Foundation hosted nearly 200 gatherings over the past year, connecting with close to 6,000 residents.

Each event created space for neighbors to connect, build relationships, and experience a deeper sense of belonging.

It’s a simple idea carried out with consistency, because when you invest in people, stronger communities follow.
