She is Mother.
Before she even was, she still embodies the mother she is becoming.
Gracious, instinctually caring, loving beyond a physical manner. She walks into a room and everyone can feel it.
She doesn’t just nurture her children. She nurtures the people around her, the spaces she enters, the energy she carries. She gives before she’s asked. She holds before she’s needed. She loves in a language that doesn’t require words.
And still - underneath all of that softness - there is a woman. With a story. With a becoming of her own.
She didn’t lose herself in motherhood. She found her.
This is who I photograph. This is who I see. Not just a mother - but the mother. The one who changed the whole line.
When she said “I feel like one of those paintings” but she is the painting 🥹
Always love being able to capture

Comparison is a bitch. It taints every being of who we are, what we are capable of, and who we are becoming. As we scroll we can’t help but see ourselves as anything other than wrong.
Our minds are being molded into believe that our bodies aren’t good, our way of life is wrong, and we should shape into someone and something that we are not.
Maybe I should lose more weight.
Maybe I should color my hair like her.
Maybe my house isn’t big enough.
Maybe if I had better skin.
Maybe….
Truthfully, there will always be more “maybes”. But Maybe, just maybe if you were just YOU, you would love you too.
You are YOU for a reason. Be that reason. Love that reason. BECOME that reason.
No makeup. No fancy wardrobe. Just us, my camera, and a space for her to lean into herself a bit. That’s the power.

Motherhood isn’t one story and this season, I’m holding space for every version of it.
The joy and the ache. The celebrating and the quietly surviving. The women who are waiting, grieving, and loving without anything tangible to show for it yet.
You are not forgotten here. 🤍
Save this if it spoke to you. Share it for someone who needs it.
From branding to out of place hip REAAAL quick. 😂
That’s just who we are.
I have soooo many amazing things to say about Kassidy! She walks into a room and suddenly everyone’s laughing harder, standing taller, and questioning whether they, too, should be doing high kicks in their content.
She’s a Gulf Coast tan artist, yes…but more than that, she is genuinely one of those rare humans who makes the whole world feel a little lighter just by being in it. The kind of friend you don’t take for granted.
Getting to make art with her? An absolute honor. Getting to attempt the high kick on camera? Humbling.
Kassidy, you are a diamond. And I will keep the outtakes safe. 🤍

I was nominated for Gulf Coast Woman’s 100 Successful Women to Know. 🥹 And I’m seriously so thankful.
I built this business and life as a military spouse, a mom of three, largely without a team or a roadmap. I has been anything but easy, tested me in ways I cant even explain somedays, and brought me to my knees of questioning more times than I’d like to admit. But the one thing that’s kept me going is my obsessive belief that women shouldn’t have to choose between the life they want and the work they love.
We can do both…. Success, entrepreneurial, and a present and dedicated mother in the messy middle of it all.
This recognition means more than I can explain. It’s proof that building differently still works and I’m right where I need to be.
Thank you for those who nominated me, those who have supported my journey, and those being part of this in anyway. Genuinely. 🖤
She flew from California to Mississippi.
Not because she had to. Because she wanted this… the experience, the safety, the art.
And the number one thing she said before we started? “I don’t really know how to pose.”
Babe. You never have to.
That’s literally my job. I’m not just behind the camera — I’m in it with you. Directing, adjusting, showing you exactly where to put your hands, how to shift your weight, when to breathe. I don’t just take photos, I build the moment with you.
You don’t need to come in camera-ready. You just need to show up.
The rest? I’ve got it.
