Tread Tabata is HIIT (high intensity interval training) class taught on the treadmill, utilizing varying speeds and inclines, combined with full body intervals on the floor, set to timed music. The only thing that matters is the effort.
High intensity interval training - in where you exercise for extreme, short bursts, separated by small recovery periods. These take much less time than your regular workouts as they involve much more effort, but you’ll burn more calories and strengthen your target muscles at an astounding rate.

Are you in shape enough to do a Tread Tabata® workout?
This is probably one of the most common questions we get asked.

The answer is YES! All of classes can be modified to a level YOU are most comfortable with. Run, Walk or Spin. All of our certified instructors are trained to be able to offer the exercises from beginner to an advanced level. This includes the treadmill and the floor workout.

The beauty of Tread Tabata® is that is a class that all bodies can do. You go at a pace you are comfortable with. We are here to educate, inspire, motivate & keep you safe!
