Today is the last day to donate to the Young Writers Workshop to honor Dan Sklar, who will be retiring this year after 37 years teaching Creative Writing.

Giving Day is based on participation, so donations of any amount will make a huge difference! In addition to celebrating Professor Sklar, funds raised will allow us to support student scholarships and get the new Young Journalists track off the ground.

Thank you for your support!

To donate early!: https://www.givecampus.com/odjgpt

Next Thursday will be Giving Day at Endicott, and we have a matching challenge for up to $2,500 to honor Professor Dan Sklar's retirement after 37 years at Endicott and support the Young Writers Workshop. Any amount helps!

You can donate early by visiting the link above and clicking "Make Your Gift Early." In the "Make Your Selection" field, navigate to: Academics -> Young Writers Workshop.

Among his many contributions to Endicott over the years has been Dan's annual participation in the Young Writers Workshop since its inception 7 years ago. The YWW gives high school students with a passion for creative writing and journalism the opportunity to work with our faculty and students every June. We charge a very low registration fee to make it as accessible as possible, and we would like to offer scholarships to make this opportunity available to even more students.

Thank you for your support!
