Summer Reading is here and so are our summer reading picks for high school and middle school readers! Get a jump on summer reading (and be sure to track your progress and win some cool prizes along the way.)

From cauliflower "mac" and cheese to black bean brownies to zucchini-laced lasagna, there are many ways to hide your vegetables. Whether they are blended, grated, folded, or masked, we want the nutrition of the garden with the soul of a cheat meal. There are 22 new bestsellers, nine new movies, eighteen new audiobooks, one new music CD, eleven new children's books, and 105 other new books, including 61 that are available online.

The new bestsellers this week include "Dungeon Crawler Carl," "View from the East Wing: A Memoir," and "View from the East Wing: A Memoir." The new movies this week include "Fallout Season 2," "The Count of Monte Cristo," and "Call the Midwife: Season Fifteen."

Hoping to read more this summer? Book groups can be a fun way to read outside your comfort zone and meet other local readers. The library has a variety of book groups and new members are always welcome! Find a full list of all our groups and selections on our website.

Our Summer Reading Kickoff filled with lawn games and music is right around the corner on Tuesday, June 9 from 6:30-8 PM. Get registered for our Summer Reading program for readers of all ages! 📚️

Mark it on your calendar and start going through your craft drawer because our annual Craft Supply Swap will be on Saturday, June 27 from 12-2 PM!

From June 17 through June 26 drop off your new or gently used craft supplies in the drop off bin and then they will all get sorted into a secondhand craft supply extravaganza on June 27!

The closing keynote address given by the author of The Bear, Andrew Krivak is now available on our youtube channel for those who might have not been able to attend or those who would like to revisit a fantastic night! 🐻

Volunteers are invited to help maintain the Landman Garden at the main library. Minimal experience is needed and all work will be done outside. Join us on Saturday, June 6 from 9:30-11:30 AM with a rain date of Saturday, June 13.
