June is officially here, and the travel schedule is getting real! Conferences, trainings, leadership sessions, and a whole lot of learning along the way. 💕

One thing I never want to stop doing is sharpening my own skills while helping others sharpen theirs. This trip’s reading material? Everyone Communicates, Few Connect by John Maxwell…a great reminder that leadership isn’t just about what we say, it’s about how we connect with the people around us.

As Directed Success continues to grow, I’m excited for the opportunities ahead to help organizations create stronger leaders, more engaging learning experiences, and moments that truly matter.

Current season of life:
-Training prep everywhere
-Event supplies taking over our house
-Speaker notes in 12 different internet tabs (and 100 tabs in my brain)
-Plants somehow still thriving
-Caffeine intake increasing by the day 😬

June and July are about to be FULL in the best way - conferences, leadership sessions, trainings, and so many opportunities to connect with INCREDIBLE people across the US.
