We’re combining our love of quality flours and delicious cheeses into one delectable new product: pasta!

Made in house by hand, our silky, tender pastas make a perfect appetizer or meal. We will be changing our selection occasionally, but you can expect long pastas like pappardelle and fettuccine and stuffed pasta like ravioli, all made with organic flour from

You can find the pastas in the freezer, and there are pasta sauce options on the retail table as well. When in doubt, you can always toss pasta with a drizzle of quality olive oil and a dusting of Parmigiano Reggiano!

cheese is back as our vegan cheese option! Want a vegan pizza? Come to the counter when you arrive, even if there’s a line, and place your order with any worker. Hop in line, and we’ll make it for you while you wait. The vegan pizza is available whole only and is made with the ingredients of the pizza of the day minus any not-vegan ingredients.

We’ve been in full-construction mode since last summer, and now we’re getting the finishing touches in place.

On Friday 4/10, we’ll have our bakery up and running, and we’ll have precut cheeses, parbakes, and some new, fun, and delicious things to eat!

Full cheese service will begin in May, once our cheese cases are delivered and installed.

We are on the verge of moving into our newly remodeled bakery-cheese shop! To do so, we’ll need to close from Sunday, March 29th through Thursday, April 9th.

We will have a soft opening on Friday April 10th in our new space (with a grand opening in May when all of our cheese refrigeration is installed).

While the bakery-cheese shop is closed, the pizzeria will have regular operating hours.

We are hiring for both pizzeria and bakery-cheese positions for the first time in a year!

We work hard, eat well, and strive to take care of each other and our community. Restaurant/bakery experience is not essential, but the ability to work cooperatively is.

Join us this Sunday 2/8 for a special lunch service from 11:30-2:30. We’ll have hot pizza, salad, green sauce, parbakes, and music by Jimbo Trout and the Fish People.

Salad: Organic carrot and celery, spicy cashew, organic salad mix, blue cheese dressing

We are changing our hours at the bakery and cheese shop. Our hope is to extend our hours again after construction is finished and we are settled into our new space.

The first community blood drive of the year is happening on Saturday, January 31st, in collaboration with ! Sign up at the link in our bio. All donors receive Golden State Warriors swag and a voucher for a slice of pizza or a scone. Every pint makes a difference— we hope you can join us!

We’ll be occupying our new and temporary digs for the next few months starting Tuesday 1/20 when the bakery and cheese shop reopens. We’re planning to have all our usual offerings and our regular business hours, with the exception of Monday cheese service, which is on hold until we move into our newly constructed bakery in spring/summer.

There will be some adjustments to how we provide service, like coffee and parbake pizza pickup will happen in the pizzeria. The line will snake to the southwest, and we’ll be able to accommodate fewer customers at time inside the actual shipping container. But we’re excited to see you and hope you can come grab your favorite pastry soon!
