We’ve decided to extend the Equitable Access Fund raffle for one more week. Every $20 donation to Sage’s Equitable Access Fund earns you one raffle entry for a chance to win a 60-minute Massage, Acupuncture session, Craniosacral Therapy, or Nutrition Therapy Foundations session with one of our incredible practitioners.

Every contribution goes directly toward expanding access to care for community members from underserved backgrounds who would not otherwise be able to afford our services. It makes a real and lasting difference in people’s lives.

Join Sage clinician Nan Herron, MD, for an exploration of ketamine-assisted therapy and its emerging role in end-of-life care. This presentation will examine how ketamine may help address anxiety, depression, trauma, and existential distress, while also supporting caregivers and those navigating serious illness. Sage Integrative Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and grounded Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Berkeley, CA.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare, wellness, or client-facing environments who feels called to integrative mental health, trauma-informed care, and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

As one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking care, the Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in helping patients feel welcomed, informed, supported, and connected to the services that best meet their needs. You’ll work closely with our clinicians, Clinic Director, and Operations team to support intake, onboarding, patient education, therapist-client matching, and continuity of care.

​In June of 2018, Sage opened its doors with a vision of creating a therapeutic community grounded in compassion, transformation, and equitable access to care. Eight years later, we are grateful to have served thousands of clients, trained practitioners from around the country, and built a vibrant community that continues to grow and evolve.
