Isn’t she beautiful? In December, we repainted our facilities on Bolivar Drive and are working on replacing our windows this month, which will make our spaces more well-insulated and cozy. Drop by for a visit sometime soon!

This year, youth explored California’s outdoors through dozens of trips that expanded their horizons, built confidence, and deepened their connection to the world around them. 🌳🚴

From surfing in Pacifica to kanoeing at Fisherman’s Wharf, camping in the Humboldt Redwoods, and skiing in Lake Tahoe, every adventure brought new skills and unforgettable memories.

Thanks to the California Coastal Conservancy, Justice Outside, and Route-to-Parks for making these trips possible!

2024 has been an incredible year for , and your support has played an important role in our success. Together, we’ve made a lasting impact:

🚵🏿‍♂️Nearly 300 youth have participated in our hands-on workshops, building confidence and skills in bike mechanics, woodworking, and boat building.

We employed 60 young people, helping them gain meaningful experience and a sense of purpose.

🏔️Our outdoor trips connected youth to the natural beauty of California, creating unforgettable memories and deepening their connection to nature.

And through it all, we diverted hundreds of bicycles and materials from landfills, making our work not only impactful for youth but also beneficial for the planet.

These achievements are the result of our incredible community coming together to support life-changing programs, and we’re excited to amplify these efforts in 2025.

Hooooray Hooray! Bike East Bay will offer bike valet tomorrow at the spectacular Winter Youth Festival 12-4pm in the Berkeley Aquatic Park! We’ll have bike decorating and a bike parade, amazing activities for kids, festive food and drink and roller skating! Bolivar Drive will be closed to cars, so bike, walk, or park on Fourth Street and come on down!
