Here at Proyecto, we give utmost importance to collaboration. We couldn't have done an amazing project like this without the amazing people from this industry.

They say that door knobs/levers are the handshakes of the house. While that is very true, faucets give the same vibe. These are the "hands" that you touch and hold as you do your daily routine at home. No wonder why most clients allot time and effort in choosing these items for their own home. These pieces have to feel and look good. However, there are millions of choices online and in-store and most of the time, it gets overwhelming.

Amazing charity alert! Proyecto is so proud to support monthly, where we are able to help public schools in the East Bay fund essential projects and services for kids! This month’s beneficiaries were four classrooms in Oakland, where our Co-Founder, Manuel, attended as a child. So excited to see how the teachers and children use their sports equipment, warm mittens, student store items and STEM projects. Our hearts are full and we can’t wait to see where November takes us!

Proyecto, a rapidly growing residential construction & remodeling company in Oakland, is looking to add an adept Project Manager to the team. The position is full time, and will entail medium to large projects throughout the East Bay, with some work in San Francisco. MUST HAVE PRIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Job duties include:
• Compose and maintain project schedules
• Track and manage RFIs, COs to subcontractors and clients
• Schedule and conduct OAC on-site meetings
• Weekly emails and calls to clients utilizing high level customer service and detailed site reports
• Management and tracking of all meetings pertaining to managed projects.
• Monitor project milestones and ensuring that they're hit on time
• Monitor projects actively for change of scope/cost
• Coordinate with Proyecto team, subcontractors and vendors

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 year or 4 year degree.
• Experience creating estimates and change orders.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction management.
• Outstanding skills in the field of Customer Service, especially conflict resolution.
