Hadassah Berkeley

Whether you're interested in meeting new people or learning about our projects, we all share certain important values. These values have been passed on from our grandmothers, mothers, sisters, aunts, friends & teachers. • The Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO) is one of the world's leading institutions in healthcare.

• Hadassah's Health & Wellness Department educates women and men about healthy life choices in order to promote wellness, disease prevention and early detection. Stay healthy and informed.

• Hadassah stays current with domestic policy issues on topics such as hate crimes, anti-Semitism, reproductive choice, genetic discrimination and more.

• Hadassah Associates, male affiliates, promote special initiatives through innovative activities and events, and expand corporate/individual funding sources.

• True to our roots as a study circle, Hadassah members explore the many facets of Jewish history and culture through educational opportunities in Bible, Hebrew, history, Israel, Jewish Studies, culture and literature. Enrich your knowledge by linking up with a local Hadassah study group, book/film club, seminar or workshop.

• Explore our unique programs for building self esteem such as GoGirlGo, and our Bar/Bat Mitzvah Project to empower your children to reach their fullest potential. Get involved today; explore activities your children will love.

• Hadassah Professional Networking Councils provide a unique opportunity for our members and male associates to connect with others who share the same vocation, and stand in solidarity with Israel through Hadassah.
