Thanks to our fiscal sponsor for supporting our Communications Change Maker project. Supported by , the initiative is strongly aligned to BlackFemaleProject’s vision of a world in which Black women can realize their wildest dreams.

Inspired by a Langston Hughes poem, has a vision to foster hope and create an environment where generations of Black people feel free to dream boldly. The initiative will provide comprehensive support for 300 Black families struggling to meet basic needs due to systemic failures, and will offer educational activities for 500 youth.

Launched in 2021, the initiative is an intergenerational effort that aims to ensure San Francisco’s diverse Black communities are experiencing joy, feeling safe, advancing educationally and economically, and are holistically healthy and thriving.

PJS Consultants partnered with to provide communications consulting and technical assistance services to select San Francisco-based nonprofit organizations working to improve the lives of Black citizens in the City.
