We had a lot of fun decorating for the Seafood Fest last Friday! 🦀🐟🐙🦞🦐

The Big Give is just around the corner! Help preserve the Faculty Club so that this Craftsman-style jewel can be adapted to meet 21st-century needs.

Since 1902, the Faculty Club has been a secluded retreat, luncheon club, meeting place, tavern hotel, and social space for faculty, administrative personnel, staff, alums, and community members closely associated with Cal.

Your support goes toward the renovation of what has been a campus haven for more than a century.

This month’s art gallery is by one of our members, Dr. Tom Conkle!

“Faculty Club Member Dr. Tom Conkle worked until retirement as a Scientist, Professor and Project Leader here in Berkeley within the USDA Forest Service Experiment Station. Tom and Son, David (who also lives and works nearby) greatly enjoy creating original art together. Tom paints using oils on stretched canvases. David creates unique art using engraved wooden panels brought to life with stains and acrylics.”
