Welcome to Kitchen On Fire!!! Chef Olive is back to show you how to make a delicious and healthy sardine pâté. This easy snack uses canned sardines and is packed with nutrition, making it a perfect healthy food option. Learn this simple sardines recipe for a quick and nutritious treat!.
Worried about arsenic in sardines? There's organic arsenic in seafood, but it's not the same as the inorganic kind found in rice. Fish also contain selenium, which neutralizes heavy metals like mercury. Enjoying seafood twice a week is crucial for essential nutrients like DHA.
Wondering how much oil to use when pan-frying? It depends on the food! Flat items like eggs need a good coating. Even steaks need about a third of their height in oil. Curved cuts or chicken require more to ensure a good sear. The key is to have enough oil to coat the food.
