Just the tip of the iceberg... this country is not prepared for the coming tide of aging citizens. This article represents just one of many problems to come.

Having said that, a few years ago, an article in a major media outlet blamed women for the Drs shortage experienced in this country. It's my bet that women, not an aging population, will be blamed again...something to the tune of
*there wouldn't be a crisis if women didnt keep choosing to be doctors [or lawyers, bankers, researchers, etc] instead of nurses.*
