We invite you, changemakers connected to Europe in any way, and those whose work ripples outward to the rest of the world, to step into a brave space for deep connection, honest reflection, and collective renewal.
Today, Europe finds itself at a crossroads. In a polarized world where different truths compete and safe spaces for honest dialogue are shrinking, the need for places where people can speak freely, listen deeply, and hold complexity together has never been greater. What happens here impacts everyone, everywhere.
And so we ask: What would it mean to create a Jam space in Europe, one that is both rooted in this place and radically global? What becomes possible when changemakers from across and beyond this continent come together to practice the kind of community, honesty, and love that our movements so deeply need?
We believe this is the right moment. And we believe you are part of the answer.
There are only 12 spots available for this inaugural Jam, so apply soon and reach out with any questions to the team at [email protected].

Masculinity is a beautiful and potent part of life and creation. At the same time, some of the great harms in the world are expressions of wounded, imbalanced, and untended male identity. Exploring these dynamics takes vulnerability and courage. The Men Raised as Men Jam is a place to delve into these dynamics with others who have shared roots in how they were raised and common choices about how to be men in the world as adults.

This Jam will be a place to connect with people who share the experience of living in a male body and being raised/socialized as men. Being treated as male in our formative years shapes us deeply. These experiences can become fundamental to our core identity. Some of our deepest loves and deepest wounds come from other men raised as men.
Apply now or contact us at [email protected] with any questions.

YES! Elders Mini-Jam | Virtual | Date: Friday, February 20, 2026
Time: 10am-noon Pacific | 1-3pm Eastern
What if we could harvest the connections, wisdom, and power of our elders, in support of ourselves, one another, and our communities? What might change if we could lift up and share our wisdom with each other and the world?
Join a vibrant, diverse group of leaders, activists, social entrepreneurs, educators, coaches, and collaborators, who self-identify as elders and are committed to using their resources and opportunities to make a positive difference.
YES! invites you to participate in a two-hour experience: an Elders mini-Jam that will invite the vitality of each person's unique self to co-create a dynamic whole, making music that's never been heard before.
The YES! Elders Mini Jam will run for two hours. Over the course of our time together, we will engage in activities to explore our life journeys, our identities as elders, our relationships, our sense of generosity, and our visions for a healthier, stronger, and better world.

“I discovered I could love again.” For Meryem Erişen, the Jam became a place where love was redefined, not as possession, but as belonging. A tender reminder that when community opens its arms, we remember the many versions of ourselves that are whole and alive.

Sometimes, it’s not what we say, it’s how we say it. In tough conversations, small shifts in language can open doors instead of closing them. For example, “That doesn't make sense” can often sound like a wall; distant, dismissive, or final. But “Help me understand more about your perspective” transforms that wall into a bridge. It invites connection, curiosity, and dialogue.
At YES!, we believe that communication is at the heart of transformation. Every word we choose has the power to either deepen division or nurture empathy. So next time you find yourself in a disagreement, pause before responding. Try replacing defensiveness with openness. Because sometimes, the most profound change begins with a single sentence, said differently, and with love.
What’s one phrase you try to avoid in tough conversations? Let us know in the comments!
