Gallery 1075 is a free (zero fee, zero commission) exhibition space in West Sacramento's Community Center. This space offers local artists exposure with month-long rotating exhibits.
Currently, until the end of April 2026, you can view Fighting Demons, a powerful exhibit by emerging artist Shaunte Neely. Her mental health journey and breakthrough is captured in expressive imagery, drawn from the heart with arresting accuracy of how depression feels.

A cemetery might not be the first place you think of when looking at blooming trees. But the Davis Cemetery, established in 1855, is also a level 2 arboretum. With over 150 species of trees, it’s a great place to take a walk. Right now, some of the trees are in bloom. A wonderful stroll that is augmented by unique headstones and other memorials.

Contemporary art by Native Americans, First Nations, and Indigenous Peoples is the focus of the Gorman Museum in Davis, CA. This museum, located near the arboretum, is part of the UC Davis campus. Established in 1973, it has a large collection of earlier indigenous art - baskets, ceramics, and sculptures.
