For some moments no words are needed 💕💕

So you want to buy a fixer? Here’s what it’s going to cost you…. You might be surprised! 🫣

Yes, I admit it, I’m having a love affair w/ mid century modern. Guilty as charged. They just tempt me when your clean lines and sleek profile - This girl just knows what she likes. 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️

Here are some of my favorites I have had the pleasure of transforming in the last few years.

Little feet will prance across these floors.
Laughter, love, and memories will fill these halls.
Family dinners, celebrations, and everyday moments will unfold in this kitchen.
This isn’t just a beautiful house - it’s the setting for someone’s next chapter.
A house becomes a home because of the people who live in it - and we have the privilege of helping make that happen.

“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is just enough”

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the power of paint! Benjamin Moore never lets me down when it comes to the right color for every single one of my houses. With over 3,500 paint colors, into eight unique color collections, my first stop when we’re ready for paint is always Benjamin Moore.

Was there anything wrong with the old kitchen? I dunno, you tell me. 🤔

Magical moments come in all shapes and sizes! A dear friend of my once told me that her dream kitchen would have a couch in it so everyone could feel comfy while she entertained. Well this kitchen doesn’t have a couch, but it does have a 12’ banquette… Hopefully that fits the bill because I had you in mind when I designed this space. You know who you are 😉 🌹

After 8 months - (8 months!!!!) We are finally making moves here people! I would be lying if I said this was easy, and there are days where I 💯 question why we do this… 🫩
Somehow in the end tho it always manages to be worth it 🥹 and I am already looking forward to the next one 🤪

Green looks good on you 👀

A HUGE congratulations to my friend & colleague on his recent sale in Berkeley. Thank you for giving SteelBay the opportunity to consult on the design. 🥳
