On Friday, March 27, 2026. Community Partners International (CPI) and the ศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จ.ตาก - Tak Border Health Learning Center (TBHLC) - at Mae Sot General Hospital (MSGH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support telehealth consultation services for patients with non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The ceremony was presided over by a representative of Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Ramate Wongwilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital, acting as Director of the TBHLC, and Dr. Si Thura, Chief Executive Officer of CPI.
The initiatives in this MoU, offered through the Friendly Clinic at MSGH, support continuous patient care through symptom monitoring, behavioral modification counseling, information exchange, and exploration of opportunities for future activities. It will serve as a key mechanism to promote more continuous, comprehensive, and accessible patient care, particularly for foreign populations in border areas, who frequently face barriers to accessing healthcare services.
This partnership supports the health service improvements and helps to reduce inequality, promote the quality of life of vulnerable populations, and sustainably develop the border public health system.

One year ago, Kolima fled her village in Myanmar with her husband and young son as violence destroyed everything she knew.

Today, she’s rebuilding her life in a refugee camp in Bangladesh, supported by community health workers and a health post you help make possible. From prenatal care to vaccinations for her son, your compassion ensures families like Kolima’s are not alone.
💙 Right now, your gift can be matched, doubling the care and hope you provide.

May, a mother of two, lost her leg to an electric shock in 2021 while picking fruit near her remote village in Myanmar. Her first prosthetic leg was heavy and exhausting to use. Recently, she received a new, lightweight modular prosthesis with support from Community Partners International, and it has transformed her life.
“I can ride my motorbike, sew for clients, and deliver products. I even work the sewing machine using my prosthetic leg,” she says. “I encourage others — don’t feel inferior. You can live with a prosthesis.”
This , help people with disabilities regain independence. While matching funds last, every dollar you give will be doubled by a generous supporter.
