We are a Berkeley-based agency dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities. Our clients are people, not "patients".
Our goal is to support our clients to remain in their own homes, leading a full life despite any disability or ailment. We empower the individuals we serve to help shape how our services are provided. All services begin and end with the person in need of service. This perspective makes labels irrelevant, as the planning process is truly about the person, not their diagnosis. Thank you for your interest in Inclusive Community Resources!

A rare & special moment of (most of) our admin team all together for a holiday luncheon today. We deeply appreciate our wonderful Facilitators & Behaviorist (and we also think they’re pretty rad humans in general!)
