MATS Program The MATS Program is an independent research and educational seminar program that connects talented scholars with top mentors in the fields of AI alignment, governance, and security.

We are hiring for a research manager(s) to grow our London team!
- Help launch the careers of highly talented early-career AI Safety researchers.
- Get involved in impactful research projects
- Work with and learn from top researchers in the field
- Input into the direction of the program, as part of a collaborative work environment.

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, and strongly encourage you to apply if you fit into at least one of these profiles:
- AI safety researchers looking to develop a more holistic skill-set
- Professionals with research or research management experience
- Product/project managers from tech or a STEM industry
- People managers with technical or governance backgrounds
- Technical writers or science communicators
- Community builders
