S.A.T Berkeley

S.A.T (Special Applications Training) classes are scheduled monthly at the Academy of WingChun Berkeley. There are no graduations or exams in the S.A.T.

It integrates the most practical aspects of the four IAW WingChun forms, the weapon strategies of IAW Escrima and specialized IAW Combat training. S.A.T serves martial artists as training which helps them break free from the limitations of fighting sport. It also allows untrained non-athletes to gain a defensive capability.
