February is a quiet, in-between month - before the first signs of spring appear.
Like seeds resting in the soil, much of the growth now is unseen, yet vital.

Even when it feels like nothing is moving, simply existing in this moment is part of a deeper process of growth.

Our intention for this sound bath is: stillness, nourishment, and presence.
You’re invited to release judgment and acknowledge yourself, allowing the sounds to guide you into your own inner calm and presence.
