Devin Lloyd bought a 49-year-old Berkeley sandwich shop in February. Then the crisis hit — Berkeleyside Since Cal closed, Stuffed Inn's business dropped from 250 customers a day to 20. But its new owner is determined to keep the restaurant and its longtime employees around for as long as he can.
