Ever feel like your whole day disappears into tiny tasks, notifications, and obligationsā¦yet somehow nothing feels fully done? Thatās ātime confetti.ā š
When our attention is constantly fragmented, even downtime can leave us feeling drained instead of restored. The good news: those small pockets of time donāt have to be wasted. A few intentional moments can create more calm, momentum, and balance throughout your day.
You donāt need more time, just a new way to use it. Read more in our latest blog post, link in bio! š¤

Here is a little introduction from Anna herselfāŗļøāļø:
Hi, IāmĀ Anna!
Iām so excited to join the Loyal Blue team.
Iāve always been drawn to understanding people, the stories we tell ourselves and others, and how they shape our realities. Iām naturally curious and enjoy getting to know people from all walks of life.
I became a therapist and social worker because itās deeply meaningful for me to connect with others and support them in ways that feel real and lasting, helping them connect with who they are and live more fully as themselves. I also work as a medical social worker at UCSF Childrenās Hospital Oakland, where I support families from across Northern California and explore the connection between physical health and emotional well-being.
I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate self-discovery, relationships, and the often complicated transition into adulthood.
In my free time, I love trying my friendsā baked goods, spending time by the water, and exploring all the amazing food the Bay Area has to offer.

How did everyone elseās problems end up on your plate? š½ļø
It starts with being helpful, but can turn into carrying stress that isnāt yours. If youāre always the one stepping in, you might also be the one holding the most.
Caring doesnāt have to mean carrying everything.

The shift to daylight saving time can take a bigger toll on our bodies than we expect. A few small adjustments like earlier sunlight, mindful caffeine timing, and gentler evenings can help your body ease into the change this week. Be patient with your body as it adjusts! āļø

Here is a little introduction from Sydney herselfāļøāŗļø:
Hi everyone! My name is Sydney, and Iām a Bay Area native. I was born and raised in San Jose, have spent time living in San Francisco and Seattle, and am so happy to be back and exploring more of the East Bay.
I have always loved working with people and felt drawn to understanding what makes us who we are. As an undergraduate at USF, I had the opportunity to take some counseling courses and quickly discovered how meaningful it felt to sit with someoneās story, offer support, and witness growth. That experience sparked my desire to become a therapist.
During graduate school, I worked at LāArche Seattle and in a play therapy practice, both experiences deeply shaped my person-centered approach. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and met exactly where you are, which is why my approach is collaborative and tailored to each client. I draw from solution-focused therapy, child-centered play therapy (with kids), and incorporate tools from CBT and EFT to support meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, Iām an avid reader who loves memoirs, literary fiction, sci-fi, and anything with a good folklore retelling. Iāve been crocheting for three years and recently picked up knitting (almost done with my first sweater!), and I love spending time outdoors, especially when itās foggy. Iām excited to be joining the LBC team and look forward to connecting with our community!
