Hi everyone!

Friends, family, people I love, for some time now I’ve been slowly moving towards my certification in Pilates. I’ve also been building my own Pilates business -
ImmaQi (eema.chee) Pilates
Throughout this process, I’ve learned over and over, there is no such thing as perfection. (Can I say that again a little louder?! There is no such thing as perfection!)
If my expectation for myself and my business is only perfection, I lose sight of the bigger picture, and the vision for my business, for my life, never makes it off the page.
I choose instead, to step forward through my fear of not having it all “perfect” all “finished” and moving from where I am.
I am choosing to Share where I am now, and inviting you to share my journey instead of sharing the final result all dolled up with a bow on top. I believe the beauty is truly in all that is messy and hard. Because that’s life, is it not?!
And As I am saying all this, I realize this mindset is what I want ImmaQi to embody and express:
This is a Pilates practice that is more than just a workout for your body. It is a call to action: for self care, for acknowledging your journey, for finding inner peace or maybe just acceptance and ultimately love.
Find your confidence and strength from within.

As our life is our main provisional value, ‘taking the time’ to interpret our experiences is a momentous choice. Time, life and choice outline a trilogy that can solve and unite so as to vanquish the powerlessness which we might face on our path. (Could time be patient?) - Erik Pevernagie

What an incredible Journey this has been. Navigating motherhood with two children over the past 2 years while working on my Pilates career. Thank you all who have supported me thus far.
